Driftwood Cambridge Roofing and Expanded Gutter Coverage in Brownsburg

Project Description

The South Jefferson Street project in Brownsburg began with an Indiana Farm Bureau scope that covered the house roof and part of the gutter system. Indy Roof & Restoration submitted photographs and supplemental estimates for the shed roof and remaining gutters before setting the production schedule. The carrier's updated scope added the shed and full gutters, increasing the approved scope. The team also agreed to provide the six-inch gutter upgrade as part of moving the expanded project into construction.

The house and shed received IKO Cambridge shingles in Driftwood with matching hip-and-ridge caps, white edge metal, starter shingles and ridge ventilation. The roof labor order included 125 linear feet of hip and ridge work, 116 linear feet of step flashing, 27 linear feet of wall flashing and a large chimney flashing. During construction, the crew first requested two decking sheets but then confirmed that one OSB sheet was sufficient. The project manager also directed ice-and-water protection to extend slightly up the wall at roof-to-wall connections before the flashing was fitted.

The roof and gutter crews were scheduled in sequence for late July 2025. The completed gutter order listed 95 linear feet of first-story gutters and 58 linear feet at the second story, with white 3-by-4-inch downspouts serving the different levels. The team confirmed its photographs before closing the roof work.

Malarkey Vista Natural Wood Roof, Gutters and Bathroom Restoration in Indianapolis, Indiana

Project Description

A homeowner on Edelle Drive in Indianapolis worked with Indy Roof & Restoration on a house roof replacement, new gutters and bathroom restoration. Following a roof and attic inspection and an adjuster meeting, our team confirmed that the work would cover the house. The house already had ridge ventilation, so the estimate was adjusted to remove a new ridge-cutting line. Before tear-off, the homeowner identified two roof-decking locations they wanted replaced. Our team marked those locations with spray paint so the areas could be identified from the outside. The crew instructions specifically directed attention to those marked locations during tear-off. The interior scope also needed a clear description of the repair and painting areas. Our team clarified that the bathroom work would address two drywall areas, at the top of the wall and on the ceiling, and that painting would cover the entire bathroom. That order included textured drywall repair, room preparation, and painting of the walls and ceiling. The roof was completed on July 21, 2025, followed by the gutter phase on July 22 and the bathroom work on July 24. The house received Malarkey Vista AR shingles in Natural Wood with matching RidgeFlex hip-and-ridge shingles. White six-inch gutters and 3-by-4-inch downspout work completed the exterior scope, while the separate interior crew completed the bathroom drywall and painting.
