Learn MoreHeather Highlander NEX Roof Replacement After Appraisal on Waverhill Drive
Project Description
Curling roof shingles led an Indianapolis homeowner to request an inspection in September 2024 and file an insurance claim. Indy Roof & Restoration arranged for the carrier to collect a shingle sample for an ITEL report, and the homeowner subsequently pursued appraisal to resolve the roofing scope.
The file entered appraisal in October 2024, with appraisers assigned and inspection coordination continuing into the winter. By June 2025, the project had come out of appraisal and moved into approval and roof scheduling. The homeowner selected Malarkey Highlander NEX AR shingles in Heather, with matching RidgeFlex hip-and-ridge shingles for the full house roof replacement.
The roofing assembly included Malarkey Arctic Seal ice-and-water protection, RhinoRoof UDL synthetic underlayment and Malarkey Smart Start starter shingles. Installation covered 57 linear feet of hip and ridge, 14 linear feet of step flashing and 12 linear feet of wall flashing. Seven brown static vents, Royal Brown drip edge and gutter apron, and pipe flashing accompanied the two-story roof work.
At the porch roof-to-wall junction, the crew installed kick-out flashing at an existing cut in the siding and caulked that cut. The roofing order was completed on August 1. Remaining materials were collected on August 5, and the team requested recoverable depreciation from the carrier. The adjuster then confirmed that the funds would be mailed.

Financed Cambridge Reroof on Old Vines Court in Greenwood
Project Description
The Old Vines Court roof project in Greenwood followed an insurance review involving State Farm, damage on a second-story rear slope and a later hail claim. Indy Roof & Restoration obtained measurements and estimates and discussed appraisal. The project was a retail reroof funded through financing.
The roofing installation took place August 1. Indy Roof & Restoration replaced the house roof with IKO Cambridge AR in Charcoal Gray, using coordinating Hip and Ridge 12 shingles and Leading Edge Plus starter. Tarco MS300 ice-and-water membrane, ABC Pro Guard 20 synthetic underlayment and Quarrix ridge ventilation formed the supporting assembly, with black drip edge and gutter apron.
The completed roof work included 98 linear feet of hip and ridge installation, 32 linear feet of step flashing and 51 linear feet of wall flashing. A field note identified one OSB sheet requiring replacement at the rear-right second-story eave. Crew instructions called for catchalls and care around the existing gutters and the metal pergola behind the home.

Hi, Brock. Thanks so much for taking the time to write us a review.

Thank you very much for your review. Hope to see you again!

Hi, Andrew. Thanks for your review. Glad to hear you had a great experience.

We have been creating five-star experiences since 2018 and have built a team that takes the stress out of roofing and home restoration. With over 1,500 five-star Google reviews and a consistent A+ BBB rating, our reputation speaks for itself, but what we are most proud of is how we treat people when things go wrong. We are available 24/7, we offer financing for eligible clients, and we assist homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish. One of our customers had a roof replacement approved through insurance after other contractors said it could not be done, and that is exactly the kind of advocacy we bring to every job.
Yes, navigating a storm damage claim is one of the things we do best. When hail, wind, or rain damages your roof, we conduct a thorough inspection with photo documentation so you have a clear record of everything that was affected. We assist you through the entire claims process, working directly with your insurance company to make sure all damage is properly reported and covered. Homeowners across Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, and the surrounding Indiana communities have relied on us to get approvals that other contractors could not secure.
Yes, and this is one of the things that genuinely sets us apart. Beyond residential roofing, commercial roofing, and gutter installation and repair, we also offer vinyl siding installation, James Hardie siding installation, window replacement, skylight installation, attic insulation, interior and exterior painting, and water and fire restoration services. We even provide mold removal for homes affected by water damage. Whether your home needs one service or a full restoration after a major event, we handle it all under one roof so you are never managing multiple contractors or wondering who is responsible for what.
It starts with a free inspection. We come out, assess the condition of your roof, take photos, and give you an honest recommendation on whether repair or full replacement makes more sense for your situation. If insurance is involved, we help you through that process as well. Once you decide to move forward, we work with you on scheduling, material selection, and financing if needed, and we keep you informed at every stage. Our goal is to make a stressful situation feel manageable, not more complicated.
Yes, community involvement is a core part of who we are, not just a line on a website. We proudly support Fountains of Hope, which works to provide clean drinking water in third-world nations, and Habitat for Humanity, where we provide free roofing for homes being built or renovated for families in need. For us, being a good roofing company means being a good neighbor, and the work we do in the Indianapolis community and beyond is a reflection of the values we bring to every project we take on.
