I received nothing but exceptional customer service from the beginning quote throughout insurance claims and adjustments to the finished product. They were always patient, steadfast and consistent in communication. I highly recommend this outstanding company!
Work was well done. But lots of billing confusion - got two “final invoices” because of clerical errors... whole thing seemed a little fishy.
Hey Brad. I am sorry about the confusion with your file. I appreciate the fact the you stated the work was well done. Paul worked extremely hard to get your property back up to pre storm condition. He even helped the crew for 4 hours working on the roof to make sure it got done that day, even though he didn't have to do that. When Paul sent the final invoice, he mistyped the final invoice number and sent the wrong amount due to a math error on his part. He caught his error and resent a new invoice fixing the problem. It was 1 single error during extremely busy times. It could have happened to anyone. If you check the totals of our bills, you will see they match the exact amount that insurance paid for the work that we did. Everything is on the up and up. In fact, your insurance overpaid and Paul even called them to let them know and asked them to remove the extra items so that neither your nor him would get in trouble for felony insurance fraud by excepting monies not due. I spoke with Paul and I know that he feels bad about sending the bill for the wrong amount initially. I know that you already had plans to spend the additional money so I am sure that was a let down for you as well. I hope you will consider changing this back to the 5 star rating you had us at before our billing error. It was an honest math mistake that anyone could have made during a hectic storm season.
Company did a great job with communicating with us about when to expect them out to do the work. They did a great job answering our questions, and being patient waiting on our insurance company. They cleaned up very well. Even saw one working getting a ladder to get debris out of a tree. I would highly recommend them to a friend, and would definitely use them again if needed.
