Project Description


A bedroom leak led to an Erie insurance restoration on Brookville Road in Indianapolis. Indy Roof & Restoration added a seven-sixteenths-inch OSB overlay over the pitched roof’s spaced one-by-six boards, with 1,107 square feet approved for overlay. IKO Cambridge AR shingles in Dual Brown were installed with matching Hip and Ridge 12, Leading Edge Plus starter, ABC PRO-Guard 20 and Tarco MS300. Four brown static vents and Royal Brown edge metal accompanied chimney flashing, 75 linear feet of step flashing and 15 linear feet of wall flashing. The July roofing phase addressed the covering above the reported bedroom leak.


Interior water damage repair restored the ceiling and matched its existing fan texture in August. A separate September siding phase removed, trimmed and reset siding and J-channel at the dormers and house sides, adding housewrap to accommodate the overlay’s new roof height. The rear modified-bitumen roof and existing gutters remained in place.

Vista Heather Roof, Six-Inch Gutters and Localized Siding on Heathery Place


Project Description


This Heathery Place home in Indianapolis had three completed exterior work phases recorded under the same JobNimbus job. The roofing order covers a residential shingle replacement with 24 squares of Malarkey Vista roofing in Heather and 68 linear feet of hip-and-ridge work. The roof phase established the primary covering scope before the separate drainage and siding work are considered.


A completed gutter order lists 131 linear feet of six-inch gutters and seven downspout runs. Those measured entries document the drainage phase rather than an assumed part of the roof labor. The seven runs are counts in the order, so they are not converted into a downspout length.


The siding phase was localized to a selected exterior section. Its completed order lists 31 CertainTeed MainStreet siding panels in Desert Tan plus installation accessories, with a labor-minimum entry. That scope supports a partial siding project, not a whole-house replacement.


Together, the three completed orders show a roof, gutter and selective siding project at one property. The distinct material selections make the roofing and siding phases specific, while the gutter measurements identify the additional exterior work. No cause of damage or performance result is established by these records.
