Dual Black Cambridge Roof with Wall and Step Flashing on Sequoia Stone Court

Project Description

The Sequoia Stone Court roof replacement in Fishers combined a full shingle scope with extensive roof-to-wall connection work. The completed JobNimbus order records 32 squares of tear-off and installation using IKO Cambridge shingles in Dual Black. It also lists 108 linear feet of hip-and-ridge work where the roof planes meet at their upper edges.

Flashing is a significant measured part of this project. The order records 76 linear feet of step flashing and 61 linear feet of wall flashing, addressing different junctions between the shingle courses and adjoining walls. Those separate quantities describe the connection work more precisely than a generic roof-replacement label would.

An eight-inch roof exhaust cap appears as another completed work-order item. A separate instruction called for evaluating three attic pipes after the decking was exposed; it does not document that those pipes were moved or modified. Gutters were excluded, so the supported finished scope is the shingle roof, its flashing and the listed exhaust-cap work.

Retail Full Roof Replacement with Metal Mansard Roofing in Indianapolis, Indiana

This residential retail roofing project in Indianapolis, Indiana involved a full roof replacement with additional attention given to the home's mansard roof sections. The project documentation identifies roofing as the primary trade and classifies the completed project as a residential retail roof replacement.

The roofing scope required more than a standard shingle replacement because the home featured mansard roof sections that were evaluated for a different roofing system. A dedicated estimate was created for metal roofing on the mansard sections, and a specialized metal contractor was contacted to prepare the metal roofing quote based on measurements of those portions of the home.

The project also included decking provisions. The material order documented 7/16" x 4' x 8' OSB, with five sheets initially ordered for potential decking replacement. Although a change order was prepared for five additional sheets, production documentation later confirmed that only one additional OSB sheet was actually required during construction.

Following the main roof installation, the project required several punch-out and property-finish items. These included repairing a metal window wrap, cleaning roofing tar from the concrete, performing an additional magnetic nail sweep around the yard, and addressing construction debris. The file ultimately documents that these punch-out items were completed.

This Indianapolis project stands out for its full roof replacement, specialized metal mansard roofing scope, additional OSB decking work, and detailed post-installation punch-out work required to complete the residential restoration.

These guys are excellent. Extremely professional, reliable, and . communicative. Lavell was my project manager and he was awesome. I had to get him out for quotes several times for a project on a house I was buying (sellers were trying to hide problems and fake fixes but weren't smart enough to get away with it) and Lavell happily kept coming back out and getting me the info I needed each time. When it came time to complete the job, the crew did fantastic work - very thorough and looks great. Th... Read more

IndyRoof & Restoration did a great job from beginning to completion. The field inspector, Mark Sopke, was my initial and ongoing contact through the entire project. Can’t think of anything else he could have done to make the process easier. Highly recommend both Mark and IndyRoof. I even called my insurance agent and told them how good they were.

We hired Indy Roof & Restoration (IR&R) to replace our roof and gutters this summer, and we are very happy with the result! We had taken some storm damage (hail and wind) last winter, and IR&R was able to work with our homeowner's insurance to get the majority of the replacement paid for! We are also very happy that IR&R is a certified installer of Malarkey shingles. Funny name, I know, but these might actually be the best shingles money can buy. We went with Malarkey Legacy shingles, as we want... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

We have been creating five-star experiences since 2018 and have built a team that takes the stress out of roofing and home restoration. With over 1,500 five-star Google reviews and a consistent A+ BBB rating, our reputation speaks for itself, but what we are most proud of is how we treat people when things go wrong. We are available 24/7, we offer financing for eligible clients, and we assist homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish. One of our customers had a roof replacement approved through insurance after other contractors said it could not be done, and that is exactly the kind of advocacy we bring to every job.

Yes, navigating a storm damage claim is one of the things we do best. When hail, wind, or rain damages your roof, we conduct a thorough inspection with photo documentation so you have a clear record of everything that was affected. We assist you through the entire claims process, working directly with your insurance company to make sure all damage is properly reported and covered. Homeowners across Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, and the surrounding Indiana communities have relied on us to get approvals that other contractors could not secure.

Yes, and this is one of the things that genuinely sets us apart. Beyond residential roofing, commercial roofing, and gutter installation and repair, we also offer vinyl siding installation, James Hardie siding installation, window replacement, skylight installation, attic insulation, interior and exterior painting, and water and fire restoration services. We even provide mold removal for homes affected by water damage. Whether your home needs one service or a full restoration after a major event, we handle it all under one roof so you are never managing multiple contractors or wondering who is responsible for what.

It starts with a free inspection. We come out, assess the condition of your roof, take photos, and give you an honest recommendation on whether repair or full replacement makes more sense for your situation. If insurance is involved, we help you through that process as well. Once you decide to move forward, we work with you on scheduling, material selection, and financing if needed, and we keep you informed at every stage. Our goal is to make a stressful situation feel manageable, not more complicated.

Yes, community involvement is a core part of who we are, not just a line on a website. We proudly support Fountains of Hope, which works to provide clean drinking water in third-world nations, and Habitat for Humanity, where we provide free roofing for homes being built or renovated for families in need. For us, being a good roofing company means being a good neighbor, and the work we do in the Indianapolis community and beyond is a reflection of the values we bring to every project we take on.
