Charcoal Grey Cambridge Roof, White Gutters and Fascia in Indianapolis


Project Description


This South Pennsylvania Street project in Indianapolis paired a house-roof replacement with gutter and fascia work on the left side of the home. Indy Roof & Restoration removed the old shingles and installed 15 roofing squares of IKO Cambridge shingles in Charcoal Grey. The roofing work included 40 linear feet of hip-and-ridge shingles and new chimney flashing. IKO Leading Edge Plus starter shingles and IKO hip-and-ridge components were supplied with the Cambridge roofing. The roofing material selection also included ABC PRO-Guard 20 synthetic underlayment and Tarco LeakBarrier MS300 ice-and-water membrane. White drip edge, white gutter-apron material and lead pipe boots were supplied for the roof work. On the left side of the house, the crew installed 42 linear feet of six-inch first-story gutters in White. That portion of the project also included work on three-by-four-inch downspouts. The gutter phase included replacement of 40 linear feet of fascia. The crew fitted 40 linear feet of custom-bent metal fascia wrap to the same left-side scope.

House and Detached-Structure Roofing with Fascia Work in Indianapolis


Project Description


The roof replacement at this English Avenue property in Indianapolis covered the house and a detached structure. Indy Roof & Restoration removed the existing shingle covering and installed 30 roofing squares of laminated shingles. The project also included three roofing squares of base-and-cap roofing. Decking work included installation of 7/16-inch OSB. The crew installed 116 linear feet of hip-and-ridge shingles as part of the roof replacement. The flashing scope addressed the chimney and roof-to-wall connections. It included chimney flashing, 31 linear feet of wall flashing and 18 linear feet of step flashing. Exterior work on the house included custom-bent metal fascia wrap on all house rakes. The fascia installation totaled 74 linear feet across the main and additional work. The crew also installed one first-story three-by-four-inch downspout.

We hired Indy Roof & Restoration (IR&R) to replace our roof and gutters this summer, and we are very happy with the result!
