Project Description


The Daleville project covered the house’s shingle roof sections and the detached garage closest to the road. The crew worked on a defined pair of buildings.


Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles in Chateau Green were selected with ProEdge ridge components and Starter Strip Plus. Tarco LeakBarrier MS300 and ABC PRO-Guard 20 provided the supporting layers. The final material package included Black edge metal, Quarrix ridge ventilation, Lomanco roof vents and IPS plumbing flashings. Step-flashing metal and trim coil were included for the roof-to-wall junctions.


The roofing scope covered 52 squares, 114 linear feet of hip-and-ridge work and removal of an additional shingle layer across 25 squares. It also called for 70 linear feet of wall flashing and 29 linear feet of step flashing, with two-story access on part of the job. Decking replacement was added through a change order listing 44 sheets of OSB. The roofing crew finished the contracted roof work, with completion confirmed in May 2026.


The agreement separated the house and garage roofing, decking change and a separately priced gutter package. The final scope included a retail gutter allowance.

Project Description


A planned home sale shaped this roof-replacement project on Beam Street in Noblesville, Indiana. The homeowner requested completion by May 1, and Indy Roof & Restoration handled the work as a retail project with financing. The roofing crew removed and replaced 27 squares of laminated shingles and installed 78 linear feet of hip-and-ridge shingles. IKO Cambridge architectural shingles in Driftwood were paired with IKO starter and ridge components, ice-and-water protection and synthetic underlayment. The installation also included one sheet of OSB decking, with black edge metal and static roof ventilation among the roofing system components.

We hired Indy Roof & Restoration (IR&R) to replace our roof and gutters this summer, and we are very happy with the result!
