Project Description


Indy Roof & Restoration completed roofing work across two distinct systems on Mobley Drive in Spencer. The shingle phase replaced an eight-square section using IKO Cambridge architectural shingles in Dual Grey.


Crews installed 18 linear feet of hip-and-ridge shingles within that shingled section. The work also included 56 linear feet of wall flashing and ten linear feet of step flashing.


A separate completed phase installed a through-fastener metal roof system in Hawaiian Blue. The metal trim was specified in matching Hawaiian Blue for that roofing phase.


The drainage phase installed 221 linear feet of six-inch White house gutters. That total included 149 linear feet at the first story and 72 linear feet at the second story, with the existing downspouts retained rather than replaced.

Project Description


A reported leak where shingles were missing led to temporary tarping at this Noblesville home. The project later progressed to a full replacement of the house roof by Indy Roof & Restoration. The replacement covered 29 squares of roofing, including steep sections and work at second-story height. Owens Corning Oakridge shingles in Estate Gray were paired with matching ProEdge hip-and-ridge shingles. The completed scope included 77 linear feet of hip-and-ridge installation. Work beneath and beside the shingles included OSB roof-sheathing installation. Crews also installed 27 linear feet of wall flashing and 33 linear feet of step flashing at the roof transitions. The exterior trim work included 60 linear feet of cut-in and installation, followed by 60 linear feet of trim painting. A fabricated drip cap was also part of the completed work.

We hired Indy Roof & Restoration (IR&R) to replace our roof and gutters this summer, and we are very happy with the result!
