I needed a new roof as ours was 20+ years old. Jason Ellis was right on time for our appointment, was very detailed and professional. He provided a great quote. They communicated throughout the process with what the schedule was and when I could expect them. The roof replacement only took one day. We hired Irish in the fall of 2019 to do a complete tear down of our roof. I was very clear with the sales professional and the construction crew that I wanted to invest this money because it needed to be done and since it is a lake home that I spend only part of the time at, I wanted peace of mind. They communicated with me every step of the way. When the delivery of the new shingles was delayed they called to let me know what had happened.
