The roofers and roof are great, but after calling and emailing several times, the gutter contractor never came back, even after they were promised several times. Our front gutter still isn’t finished 3 months later.

I got a new roof that doesn't leak after a complete tear-off of 2 prior layers. That's the up side...

My original wider drip edges were not matched. I ended up with some edges showing unsightly substrate. Inside corners were not handled well for drainage - drip edges did not extend fully beyond facia boards and left me with potential leaks over time.
