I was satisfied with the work and the finished product but the customer service was not great. Their lack of communication and us being mislead by the sales representative really soured the experience for my wife and I. Before agreeing to service we were told we could pay for half the cost out of pocket and finance the remaining half. Thank you so much Monte Cross (representing Irish Roofing) for your professionalism, and for your honesty! The record-breaking storms in August of 2023 were devastating for many folks across the state. Lots of trees fell on lots of houses. I lost count of how many contractors and service providers came to remove the tree that had fallen on my house and garage. Irish Roofing was the best! Monte was so professional and helped out so much with the new roof process and the roof looks beautiful! He was diligent and always was approachable whenever I had a question. The roof was completed in a day which included tearing off the old roof, putting new roof on and clean up!
