My roof was installed in July of 2021. Upon inspection of the initial installation, there were broken shingles that needed to be replaced, flashing that actually had roofing nails wedged between the flashing and the brick it was attached to, and the caulking for the flashing looked something akin to a three-year-old frosting their own birthday cake.
