We hired Irish to install a new roof and gutters. Our sales rep was Ryan. Initially he was very responsive and personable. Leading up to the roof installation he would respond to calls and texts very promptly. One of the discussions we had was about the removal of one of our existing downspouts as it let out in front of a basement window and would leak into the basement.
