Update (November 2023): I had previously given Irish Roofing 5 stars. I had a previous repair to a leaky spot on my roof late December 2022 by these guys. Paid almost $3k for this repair along with flashing repair to my chimney only for the leak to return and my chimney collapse months later. I contacted Irish again over a month ago for the return leak to be advised by Chris it was out of warranty which it was not per the contract.
