Nate himself was the person I spoke to most. The first time he was at my house he climbed around on the roof like a spider finding the areas that might need work for me which I truly appreciated. Every time I spoke with him he was courteous and worked with me to make sure I was able to get the most coverage for what I could afford at the time as we were taking care of part of my roof and not the whole thing.
