Added a Trex Deck and installed a Durabilt Screen Room on the new deck. The front part of the deck remains open with Maintenance Free Railings. We then added a small deck and sidewalk using Azek PVC Decking. The PVC Decking is much cooler and made of 100% PVC so it will virtually last forever as it can not retain any moisture.
