Took 7 months to complete a 1 week job. Never showed up when scheduled. Ordered wrong color material for the job. Faulty workmanship. Inferior low quality material. Installed the wrong skylights. I had a wonderful experience with Jensen Exteriors. I had received a bid from another company that was very high. The man from Jensen went up into my attic with his Go-Pro camera and showed me that the mold problem that the other company claimed was a big problem was very minimal. He gave me a very fair bid and I chose to go with Jensen. They had the job done in a day and a half. They cleaned up so well after taking off the original roof.
