*AVOID THEM, POOR RESPONSE TIMES AND BROKEN WINDOWS* *UPDATE TO ORIGINAL POST: *AVOID THEM* I placed a review for Jensen on 8/9/22. Since then they have responded with no additional or helpful information on when my window will be replaced or installed. As of 8/9, I had no window installed and as of today (10/4), I STILL have no window and no information on the replacement status of my window. The estimate they provided at the beginning of August to get the window that THEY BROKE was 1-2 months.... Read more
