I would give a zero if that were an option. Hired Jensen Exteriors to install roof deck, sub-facia, and standing seam steel roof on brand new building based on reviews and the reputation of the original owner of Jensen Exteriors. Sadly, reliance on those turned out to be a mistake. First and foremost, Jensen Exteriors does not do their own work and sub-contracts out. Did a great job on our standing seam metal roof. The crew was super efficient and had it done in two days. Make sure when you get your roof done that all the necessary vents are reconnected properly.
