Sean (owner at Jeremy Rhodes Construction) was great. We woke up after a storm to water on the living room floor. Sean came out that day and caulked up the leak...FOR FREE. We got 2 bids for a new roof. The bids were pretty close in price, but Sean's bid was for much higher quality material, with longer material and worksmanship guarantees. Our roofing project turned out to be complicated by poor initial roofing practices. Sean and his team made necessary corrections which took time and expertise. It took a minute to get a date on the calendar, but the service itself was top notch! I set up the appointment but the work was for my mother's roof and she spoke very highly of the individual that did the job. She said he was very kind, compassionate and went above and beyond to explain what we did, and performed extra cleaning duties. I would gladly work with them again!
