Recent Work

1449 Northwest Riesling Way ,McMinnville, OR, US

JRC completed a full roof replacement using the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System. The existing roofing was removed and replaced with CertainTeed Landmark algae-resistant composition shingles, Shadow Ridge hip and ridge caps, RoofRunner synthetic underlayment, and WinterGuard Ice & Water Shield at valleys, penetrations, and eaves. New Ultimate ABS 50-year pipe flashings and edge metal were also installed, and bathroom fans and range hoods were properly routed to dedicated rooftop vents.

Additional repairs included replacing four sheets of 1/2" OSB plywood and repairing a broken truss. The project was completed with a thorough cleanup of the gutters and grounds. The new roof also includes CertainTeed’s SureStart PLUS Five Star extended warranty.

Jeremy Rhodes Construction completed a full roof replacement on the home and garage, removing the existing roofing and installing a new CertainTeed Integrity Roof System. The new roof features CertainTeed Landmark algae-resistant composition shingles, Shadow Ridge hip and ridge caps, RoofRunner synthetic underlayment, and WinterGuard Ice & Water Shield at valleys, penetrations, and eaves. New 26-gauge enamel-coated edge metal, Ultimate ABS 50-year pipe flashings, and CertainTeed 9" filtered ridge vent were also installed, with bathroom fans and range hoods properly routed to dedicated rooftop vents.

Additional repairs included replacing damaged 2x6 tongue-and-groove decking, four sheets of 1/2" CDX plywood, and painting the barge rafters. All gutters and grounds were cleaned of roofing debris upon completion.

Fantastic! We had a roof leak during a rainy day with significant water coming in our home. We were sure we were going to need a new roof, but were so grateful when JRC came out the same day and found we just needed some minor repairs to quickly solve the problem and ultimately stop further damage. We will definitely use them when we need a new roof!
