Purchased a new home that was long over due for a new roof. I contacted Jim Miller Roofing and received a call, Paul came out the next day to climb up and inspect the roof for a quote. The quote was emailed to me two days later. Price was reasonable for a full tear off down to the tongue and groove with a few sheets of plywood needing to be replaced and install of their roof package.
