We needed gutter work done to address flooding issues and we made an appointment with Jim Miller roofing after being told that the company does this type of work. We had to wait a few weeks for an appointment, which was fine. The estimator said that we would have our quote within a week. That was almost a month ago. We had also asked for an estimate on replacing a cedar roof on a garden shed. When we need a new roof on our house, we will not be calling Jim Miller roofing!
