After this most recent snow we discovered that there was a hole in our roof caused by a falling limb. Jim Miller contacted us right after we called and said his men would be out in about half an hour. They arrived on time and were very professional. They got about their business right away and completed the job in about an hour. Jeremy, who was the lead person, showed us a picture of the 4 inch hole on our flat roof.
