So, let me get this straight…you had a negative experience and the contractor is giving you all your money back (even though they had done some work!). J and J custom builders are awful. They looked at a job in October 2023 and were due to start in Spring 2024. I received an invoice of 24k but then received another price for 47k. They told me that the stairs and materials prices changed since the original invoice. I believe this all stem from me requesting an additional estimate for electrical and plumbing work.

My paint company has painted for JJ’s Custom Builders. I was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship put into their construction. It was one of the easiest and best new construction companies to work with as a subcontractor. I can tell they take great pride in their work! You will not be disappointed in your new home!
