I called John due to a leak around my chimney, the roof was 18 years old,he suggested replacement. The contract said "all roof penetrations" would be flashed, so I assumed, being ignorant to trade definitions, that meant the chimney would be.Nope, the chimney is on the side of the house, while portions of the roof intersect with 3 sides of it, it is not a penetration.

I had three windows replaced with Harvey windows (two very large windows), and am so happy with my experience with Henderson. They were very communicative and friendly, and did a great job. My house was built in the 1950s with beautifully preserved woodwork, and Scott’s crew totally respected it and was delicate with the replacement. I’ve already ordered four more windows and am happy to have found a reliable, honest contractor, which is very hard to find!
