The collective team worked a long day and completed the job in one day (just in time for the rain storm that night!). The on-site crew foreman for the day - Gavin Houston — was outstanding. I was very happy with the sales and estimating process. Ben Tiven did an excellent job walking me through the roofing material selections, the GAF guaranty and the installation process. The quote was accurate and very detailed. There was some confusion with the job scheduling and start date due to weather. I had the pleasure of using John Henderson roofing company on two occasions. Different houses and completely different services. One was a basic roof replacement. The team showed up exactly on time, was quick, clean and professional. What I especially liked was that they were meticulous about looking for stray nails from the job.
