I contacted JHC via online about an issue with my house. I received a call first from a customer service rep and next by an estimator. Both were nice. Two - three weeks ago I emailed the estimator photos depicting the damage. He said he received them and would get back to me in approx one wk. To date. I have not heard from him. I guess there lack of follow up in my case means the job is not worth it to them. Oh well.
