Just had our roof done. They were quick, professional, very easy and friendly to deal with. They did my Uncles roof this past year as well. Highly recommend them.
Ben showed up today to inspect my roof after I had solar installed (the roof was installed by a different contractor). During the inspection, Ben noticed that some of the nails in certain spots had never been caulked by the contractor that installed the roof. Although he was only here to do the inspection, he caulked and sealed all the exposed nails without even being asked to do so. True class!
Called Ben at John Henderson when my roof started leaking, he was quick to provide an estimate and a breakdown of all costs. Once I had picked out a color they got me right on the schedule, showed up exactly when they told me they would and were done that day. When I came home from work I had a beautiful new roof and a clean jobsite.
We had JHC come out for a few minor repairs and were thoroughly impressed with their efficiency and workmanship. The communication between us, Micah the service manager, and Rachel the Accounts Manager made the process super smooth. Would highly recommend!
