In 2021, we had the pleasure of building a carport for this customer. Recently, they reached out to us again to re-roof their two-story house to match the carport's roof. We recently completed a project on a 1923 home, where we installed a new CertainTeed Landmark PRO roof system in Moire Black. As part of the renovation, we removed the chimney below the roof decking, patched the decking, and shingled over it. This thorough upgrade refreshed the home's appearance and strengthened its structural integrity. We love working on old homes and making sure they last for future generations!
