    We recently completed a comprehensive project on a historic 1921 home, addressing significant damage to the existing roof. The homeowner opted for CertainTeed Landmark's Burnt Sienna shingle color for the sections of the roof needing shingles, lending a warm and inviting look to the property. For the low-sloped areas, we installed bronze TPO for durability and functionality. In addition to the roofing materials, we replaced over 400 pieces of damaged wood, ensuring the structural integrity of the roof. To brighten up the interior spaces, we installed a new Velux fixed skylight, adding natural light. As part of the renovation, we also removed the chimney, streamlining the roofline and modernizing the home's appearance.
