(Yelp Review 2021) We are so pleased with the great work that Jesse & Cody from John McClung Roofing did for us. We had leaks in different areas of our roof and a leaking skylight. They fixed it professionally and efficiently. Not only was the work done so well, but they are great guys. Also, every interaction we had with the ladies in the office was so nice & very helpful. I called them to get an estimate on a roofing job. They made the appointment, came out and inspected the roof and told me they would have an estimate in a couple of days. After 4 days I called and the secretary said she would leave the estimator a email telling him I called. I never received the estimate nor a call telling me they couldn't do the work. They have since apologized and sent me an estimate with information on the product they are going to use.

The work done has proven itself over time. Our roof survived Hurricane Helene with no damage and no leaks. There have been a number of wind and rain events in addition to the hurricane and the integrity of the roof has been first rate. Communication with the project manager/crew chief was a bit spotty but overall, it has proven to be a good experience. I would recommend McClung to others and for my own future work.
