I had hail damage on a roof with compromised decking and my Insurance refused to cover the decking repairs. McClung explained the importance of needed repairs that others did not. McClung wasn’t cheap, but they were reliable and provided prompt service throughout AND guaranteed their work.

Thank you for the review, Laura!! Insurance can be difficult to navigate, though we do our best to meet all of their terms and standards! We are glad you trusted us with this project, however, and hopefully your roof can give you peace of mind for a long time! And smart choice with the CertainTeed Landmark Silver Birch shingle! As one of the few Energy Star rated shingles, its energy efficiency should save you on home energy costs in the future also! Good way to take care of both your home and the planet! (And the fact that it matches your siding well doesn't hurt either!) Hope you have an awesome day!

The roof was installed on the day they promised, the installers were great, their supervisor Josh was an excellent communicator, calling me several times with updates on their plans and he took everything away after the job was finished.
