My roof sustained hail damage last year and the insurance adjuster said I was covered for a new roof. Everyone I dealt with at John McClung was great, from the friendly office staff to the crew that actually did the work. When the job turned out to be bigger than anticipated due to unacceptably wide gaps between the boards, they worked with my reluctant insurance company to get the entire job covered, thus saving me a ton of money I'd otherwise be on the hook for.
