We were referred to McClung by our realtor James Lockwood. We needed a new roof for a house my wife and I just purchased. I contacted McClung and a sales member (Michael) came out a few days later. I’ll start by saying the salesperson was not just giving his pitch/spiel. We never felt pressured like with other companies. He was super friendly and honest and gave us straight up answers about any concerns we had. As soon as he left we decided to sign the contract and move forward. The quote they g... Read more

Congratulations on the new home, Robb! Buying a new house is a huge decision and ensuring that it's well taken care of is no easy task. We appreciate you trusting us with your roofing project and love that you chose to update the look by going with CertainTeed Landmark's Burnt Sienna shingle! Gray is always a classic, but we love the Burnt Sienna on your home! We are glad we could provide some peace of mind as you settle into your new space. We appreciate the kind words and will make sure Michael hears them too! :) Blessings to you!

Thank you so much for the metal roof you installed at our Montreat home. You all were very easy to work with and kept us updated on the progress. The pictures were very helpful to see what was being done. We will let others know when they need a new roof!

My roof sustained hail damage last year and the insurance adjuster said I was covered for a new roof. Everyone I dealt with at John McClung was great, from the friendly office staff to the crew that actually did the work. When the job turned out to be bigger than anticipated due to unacceptably wide gaps between the boards, they worked with my reluctant insurance company to get the entire job covered, thus saving me a ton of money I'd otherwise be on the hook for. I'm very happy with the result. Read less

Thanks, Virginia! Insurance is a great thing to have, but definitely comes with some hurdles from time to time. So glad we were able to help jump them with you and save you some money! CertainTeed Landmark Pro's Red Oak shingle is also one of our personal favorites and we LOVE the way it came out on your home! Thank you for trusting us with your home. Happy to help any time!
