My roof sustained hail damage last year and the insurance adjuster said I was covered for a new roof. Everyone I dealt with at John McClung was great, from the friendly office staff to the crew that actually did the work. When the job turned out to be bigger than anticipated due to unacceptably wide gaps between the boards, they worked with my reluctant insurance company to get the entire job covered, thus saving me a ton of money I'd otherwise be on the hook for. I'm very happy with the result. Read less

Thanks, Virginia! Insurance is a great thing to have, but definitely comes with some hurdles from time to time. So glad we were able to help jump them with you and save you some money! CertainTeed Landmark Pro's Red Oak shingle is also one of our personal favorites and we LOVE the way it came out on your home! Thank you for trusting us with your home. Happy to help any time!

Commitment to quality. Good communication. Hard working and efficient crew. The flashing is artwork. They left my yard clean. They left my roof much better than it was left last time the work was done (before I bought the house). Overall, my roof replacement was an efficient, well-executed job.

Thank you for the review, Ned! We know that this roof project was a couple of years in the making and it's a big decision! We are grateful that you chose us for the project. Not to mention, CertainTeed Landmark Pro's Colonial Slate shingle looks stellar on your home! Always a beautiful match with a red brick chimney!
