Apologies for our delayed response, but we wanted to research this project as what you described is not typically how we handle a project, especially if there was questionable weather. In this instance, the snow started after the original roof was torn off and so the crew worked hard with the snow blowers to keep the snow off as they completed the project. From the photos taken that day, it appears that it was a light dusting of snow which, while still unideal, was managed with the snow blowers. We apologize that on the day of the project, we were only able to communicate with your husband and were unaware of any dissatisfaction with the services until this review was posted. It is our goal to make sure that all of our customers are pleased with how their project is handled, from start to finish, and we are sorry that we missed that goal with you.
