We love these types of referrals! Another customer referred the homeowner of this 1963 home to us! Initially, we went to evaluate 10 missing shingles that had blown off the roof. It became apparent that this 20 year old roof needed to be replaced. In fact, in tearing off the old roof, our crew discovered a ton of rotten wood and replaced 20 sheets of plywood before putting the new roof on. Thankfully this homeowner had insurance and they worked with us to insure that this home is safe and dry for our customer for many years to come!
