Frank and the crew were very efficient. My husband is legally blind and Frank took the time to tell him what was going on during the installation process.       So for so good. We have had some heavy, wind-driven rains since the repair. I haven't had any leaking during or after those events. I am hopeful that my problem is at last solved. McClung was recommended highly by Angie's List and by my insurance agent. I was very pleased with the initial visit. The other 2 companies that came out wanted to redo 3 mistakes made by the previous company, and Randall from McClung wanted to redo 4.
