The owner of this 1938 historic structure is repurposing it as a residential home. Part of this included tearing off an old and rotting roof system and replacing it with a beautiful Charcoal Black shingle roof from the CertainTeed Landmark series. As the home is old, there was a lot of rotten or damaged wood beneath the roof and we love knowing that it is now stronger than ever after replacing the old wood with new wood before installing the roof system!
