I called them to get an estimate on a roofing job. They made the appointment, came out and inspected the roof and told me they would have an estimate in a couple of days. After 4 days I called and the secretary said she would leave the estimator a email telling him I called. I never received the estimate nor a call telling me they couldn't do the work. They have since apologized and sent me an estimate with information on the product they are going to use.
