John McClung is top notch. Dealing with insurance, home warranties etc. is complicated and stressful. You need an experienced and honest team to advise you on your job and John McClung is a true professional. Very good price for a good product and standard warranty. I did have a few issues with the communication and pre/post installation process, but the work and full architectural shingle replacement seems to have gone very well (it’s been nearly a year).
