I would not use this company again. Supposedly you have a warranty but good luck getting anyone to call you back or show up when they finally do call and say they will be out. Customer service afterward is nonexistent.

Process did take some time going through insurance, but JPA was first class from top to bottom. Communication was good, timing was as promised, and yard was left spotless after work was completed. We had roof and gutters replaced in Leawood KS in June of 2025
