Gavin came out and did an inspection on our house. Showed us the damage and helped us file a claim with our insurance. Aaron was our project coordinator and kept us up to date with our insurance and construction process. We are very happy with the process and the roof.

My experience with JPA is hands down a five-star rating! From working with the initial salesperson, to the office people, to the foreman and his crew, I have zero complaints and was extremely happy with the service! High quality work and they do a great job communicating and handling working with insurance. It was an easy process to get our new roof installed. We've had it for more than a year (installed February 2024), and it seems to have held up to the recent high winds (March 2025).
