They did not take no for an answer when my insurance company repeatedly denied my claim, failed to respond, or refused quality products after finally approving the claim. Jeffery and Jess were outstanding! I have extensive storm damage with missing shingles, facia, et.al. They came by to look at my situation and give me a bid. Not only did they inspect everything but did emergency repairs to keep me from additional damage! I tried to pay them but they refused stating, "we want to make sure you are safe and ok.
