Inspector did a good estimate, marked damage, and worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure they saw everything. Salesperson helped us choose our options and provided sample for HOA approval. Work crew showed up at first light on the arranged day and didn’t leave until they were done and everything was cleaned up. Couldn’t have asked for better.

There were some minor issues and setbacks, and not everything could be executed perfectly, but I will say that the JPA team worked really hard and did everything they could to do quality work and provide good customer service. It seems like overall they're a very young team, but it's a lot of young guys eager to do a great job. Lorenc was my project manager, and he did a good job of communicating plans and work times with me to make sure everything worked out well for my schedule.
