JPA worked closely with our insurance adjuster, joining the adjuster during their inspection to ensure the adjuster properly noted everything. Our insurance agreed to cover the roof replacement, and JPA was super thorough and professional every step of the way. Our roof looks awesome - and we've also used JPA to replace roof's on two other rental homes we own - so they've replaced roofs on three of our homes. We highly recommend JPA!

JPA Roofing came to my door offering a free roof inspection. Someone in the neighborhood had hail damage. A roof inspection was on my to do list anyway. They found hail damage, contacted my insurance, helped open a claim and coordinated with the insurance adjuster to assess what they found.
