JPA Roofing went above and beyond to make sure my roof was done right. We originally had a new roof put on by another company, but the craftsmanship was completely wrong. We had a great experience with JpA and our contact, Antonio. They went above and beyond. They install bat under eave barriers which prevented us from paying for additional companies. They also helped us to install a shingle type that reduced our insurance premiums significantly. They did paint touch up after gutters so we did not have to get another company involved under the insurance claim. We will use them again if the need arises!

The good: work was good, initial contact with insurance was good. The not so good: they scheduled the work while I was out of town against my request. The bad: very difficult and slow in getting paperwork for insurance company in order to get my roof age documented to reduce my premium. The ugly: was told by more than one representative that I would receive $250 referral fees. 5 homes on my street got new roofs as a result of hail damage in March 2026. 3 neighbors asked me for my recommendati...
