Friendly and honest. I felt very comfortable and confident the job would get done correctly. Gave a fair estimate and explained what was wrong and how they would repair. Did some extra things like making sure the chimney was sealed Explaining things that needed to done that their company doesn’t do. Will be sure to use them again if needed.
