He met with insurance adjusters on multiple occasions, provided all required supporting documentation and stayed on top of the situation throughout.

Keith was very helpful throughout the whole process, from first coming out for a proposal quickly, listening to our concerns along the way, & through the final days after the job was completed, to make sure everything went smoothly. We had our skylights replaced by Keith Gauvin Roofing. Both Keith and John were great to work with, communicative and professional throughout the process. Install day was quick and painless with a thorough cleanup. Whenever I would wander outside to check things out John would explain what was happening without any prompting.
