Keith was the first one to respond to my request for a quote; he also inspired the most confidence in answering my questions and giving me his opinion, so even though he wasn't the lowest bid he got my job. His crew replaced my roof, including 17 sheets of moldy plywood, in one day. Finally, his crew was meticulous in the clean up despite that it was a windy day and debris had blown all over the place.
